MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 4. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership. In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. This will give you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual luxury costs. This rental property includes a SPORTS membership and is a short walk or bicycle ride to the club home and tennis/exercise facility (pickleball and tennis courts). In addition, your family or group will appreciate a completely supplied kitchen, five T.V.s on the property, and tons of games and puzzles.

One dog is allowed in this pet friendly home which features a screened dog gate on the laundry room door, a gate at the stairs on the back and front porches to assure the dog containment, and an additional-sizable fully fenced in backyard. This home is a pet friendly property. We do charge a pet fee of $350 so please notify the rental office if you are bringing a pet.
