About this PropertyThis home was constructed in 2006 and has been thoroughly remodeled and bespoke furbished. The main floor has an open concept living room with plenty of seating available for multiple families. The living room opens into the opulent kitchen, including a Viking range, two Viking fridges and two dish washers ideal for a enormous group. The island bar has eight bar stools, and there is a breakfast room table that seats ten. A butler’s pantry connects the dining room with the kitchen and can accommodate your entire group for fun family dinners. Also located on the main floor is the master suite with a king size bed, balcony access, a generous bathroom with a comfort glass shower and walk in closet. The fourth floor includes a second master bedroom and a sun room with access to the widow’s walk. The fourth-floor master suite includes a king bed with a private bathroom, glass shower and separate garden tub, walk in closet, and access to a private balcony overlooking the pond. The widow’s walk has spectacular vistas of the sea and the marsh. Sunset over the DeBordieu marsh is a must see. The fourth floor is a true holiday getaway!
The other six bedrooms are on the second floor. All bedrooms have a private, full bathroom. These bedrooms feature three king beds, a queen bed, and a kid’s area with a room with two twin beds and a bunk room. The children area also has a separate sitting area with a flat screen TV and an XBox. There are four sizable porches on the home. Each bedroom, with the exception of the kid’s bedrooms, have French doors opening directly onto a porch.The ground floor includes a three car garage, plenty of storage for beach toys, along with a ping pong table and corn hole.
