About this PropertyThis home was constructed in 2006 and has been completely modernized and bespoke furbished. The main floor has an open concept living room with plenty of seating available for multiple families. The living room opens into the blissful kitchen, including a Viking range, two Viking fridges and two dish washers ideal for a enormous group. The island bar has eight bar stools, and there is a breakfast room table that seats ten. A butler’s pantry connects the dining room with the kitchen and can accommodate your entire group for fun family dinners. Also located on the main floor is the master suite with a king size bed, balcony access, a sizable bathroom with a opulence glass shower and walk in closet. The fourth floor includes a second master bedroom and a sun room with access to the widow’s walk.
