The Thomas Bolem House was constructed in 1734 and is considered the oldest home in historic Georgetown. Local townspeople, rice plantation owners and visitors, alike, would frequent this fine establishment, when it served them well as a tavern.
Located on Prince Street, this superb and unique unit is just one block from Front Street, with all the fine eateries and whimsical stores that line the Georgetown riverfront.
The current owners freshly renovated the entire home, preserving the integrity and character of the home all the way back to its historic roots, and at the same time, incorporating modern appliances and modernized bath includes for complete happiness.
