This home offers a living room, dining room, additional den, study, whirlpool tub, 1 screened porch and 4 open porches, TVs, DVDs, stereos, wireless internet, foosball table, pool table, ping pong table, gas and charcoal grilles, rent/video/DVD library. The widow's walk is not available to visitors. DeBordieu Colony is a very private, oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club niceties such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Units visitors. Our natural luxuries include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bicycle paths, and a enchanting year round climate. DeBordieu is more than a holiday destination, it is also home to a modest number of fortunate folks that savor the choice Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to make it part of you forever. This unit has a Sports Membership which gives you access to the 2 pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and golf. This home is a Friday to Friday rental during the Summer; can rent any time during the off season. This home is a pet affable unit. We do charge a pet fee, so please notify the rental office if you are bringing a pet. Please adhere to the no smoking policy set forth by the owners.
