Villa includes include: 2 den areas (upstairs and downstairs), heart pine floors. elevator, enlarged outdoor space patio and screen porch, wet bar, additional ice maker, high speed internet, TVs, fireplace, gas grille, outdoor shower, garage and access to Marsh Lake pool just steps away. 6 passenger lifted golf cart available for weekly units for additional $350 per week. Please adhere to the no smoking and no pet policy set forth by the owner.
