MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 5 cars able to fit in the driveway. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining tennis, exercise, and a championship Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual conveniences costs, like green costs.
