Inside, three separate living rooms accommodate multi-generational entertainment, complemented by a gourmet kitchen, gas grille, additional refrigeration, dual dishwashers, and an ice maker.
The open-concept design flows into dining and living areas, opening to oceanview decks for al fresco dining and impressive vistas. Each floor offers dual thermostats for personalized climate control, ensuring comfort throughout. The rooftop deck features expansive ocean and creek vistas, ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset beverages.
Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and TV, providing privacy and luxury for every guest. Please note, there is a $1,000.00 surcharge for pool heating, with temperatures reaching 84-87 degrees. BEACH GEAR PROVIDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer beach gear units to our guests! Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear units during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $50 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts and more - the choice is yours!

MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 6. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM.

COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Units guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bicycle paths and a enchanting year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a modest number of fortunate folks that appreciate the best Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and a champion Pete Dye golf course.
