"The Little George" is an refreshed 3 bedroom 2 bath appealing bungalow that sits in the heart of downtown Georgetown, within walking distance of the many stores and eateries on Front Street. This historic home has been updated with a modern flair while still maintaining its unique appeal. An open floor plan, enormous black and white Kitchen, and roomy living areas make it ideal for entertaining. The exposed brick, subway tile, and reclaimed wood add texture to the bright, airy home.

First floor (main floor with kitchen/living room/full bathroom)
Bedroom 1: 1 queen murphy bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen
Second floor
Bedroom 3: 1 queen w/ private full bath

Additional amenities include: wifi/internet/cable, Sonos system throughout home, TV’s in every bedroom & in the living room, ample parking for cars and/or boats, drip coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, ceiling fans in every room, cavernous backyard, entirely supplied kitchen.
