SAFETY AND SECURITY: For the safety and security of our guests and property, This home is equipped with three exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the front of the home, facing the doorway entrance, the second camera is positioned on the rear of the home, monitoring the backyard, the third camera is in the garage facing the driveway. These cameras are solely for security purposes and do not capture any interior spaces.

BEACH GEAR PROVIDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Life to provide beach gear rental services for our guests! Savor a valuable credit during your stay for beach gear units if your reservation is for 3 to 21 nights. This property offers a daily credit of $50, which can be used for items such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, beach carts, and more. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bicycle paths and a enchanting year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a modest number of fortunate folks that savor the best Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 6. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club dining tennis and our champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual conveniences costs.
