This home is located in the Ocean Park community which features it's own private beach access you can get to via a conveniently located walkway. Appreciate a beach breeze on one of the 3 screened-in porches or deck. Whether you're a beach bum or a golf pro this home is just the place to spend your vacation. There is no outdoor grille and no outside grilling allowed. There is a Jenn-Aire grille attachment with the stove. No smoking/No family pets. This home rents Friday to Friday in the summer. Will rent anytime in the off season.

Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bicycle paths and a enchanting year round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a modest number of fortunate folks that appreciate the best Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners. MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 6. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club dining tennis and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual luxury costs.
