CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club dining tennis and our champion Pete Dye golf course.

DETAILS: Great location! Just walking distance to the beach. Typical beach home...not fancy just made for savoring the beauty of Debordieu's beach. This home is located in the Sea Park community which includes it's own private beach access you can get to via a comfortably located walkway. Savor a beach wind on one of the 3 screened-in porches or outdoor space. Whether you're a beach bum or a golf pro this home is just the place to spend your holiday. There is no outdoor grille and no outdoor grilling allowed. There is a Jenn-Aire grille attachment with the stove. No smoking/No dogs and cats. This home rents Friday to Friday in the summer. Will rent anytime in the off season.
