Off the kitchen, you'll find 2 comfortable sitting areas/den, ideal for unwinding after a day on the beach. Step outside to the screened porch, where you can appreciate the coastal breeze. The main floor also includes a convenient half bath and a washer and dryer for your convenience. For accommodations, the main floor has a cavernous bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms are supplied. A special kid's hangout area invites young guests to savor watching TV or playing games, making this home ideal for families. MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and a champion Pete Dye golf course.
