MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 5. There is no parking on the grass. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and our champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual conveniences costs.
