Every bedroom includes a private ensuite bath, TV, and a sizable closet (each roomy enough for a Pack ’n Play; two are supplied on-site). Two opulent king primary suites are located on the main level, while the upper floor hosts two impressive guest suites, each outfitted with two queen beds, a daybed, and an additional living area, ideal for kids, teens, or multiple families traveling together.

The main level is the heart of the home. A grandiose entry entryway with dual staircases welcomes you inside, leading to a light-filled open-concept living area. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows frame the ocean beyond while creating an inviting space for gathering, dining, and entertaining.

Step onto the expansive oceanfront covered porch, furnished with comfortable lounge seating and a hammock, an ideal place to relax and take in the sweeping coastal vistas. A screened-in porch connects seamlessly to the oceanfront porch, offering a fabulous space for open-air dining while appreciating the gentle sea breeze. The welcoming front porch is a true Lowcountry highlight, featuring classic rocking chairs and a traditional joggling board, ideal for sipping sweet tea, sharing stories, and easing into the casual coastal rhythm. It’s a favorite gathering spot any time of day.

DeBordieu Colony is an exclusive, gated oceanfront community located just south of Pawleys Island, appealingly positioned between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Known for its natural beauty and casual Lowcountry lifestyle, DeBordieu offers miles of pristine beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with breathtaking walking and cycling trails, all appreciated in a mild, year-round coastal climate.

This home includes a Sports Membership, providing access to the Beach Club’s two pools, dining, tennis & exercise facilities, and the acclaimed Pete Dye–designed championship golf course. Temporary club access is available for $200 per day plus a one-time $20 activation fee, with additional luxury costs such as golf green costs applying separately. A max. of four cars is allowed for this property, and the DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 per car entry fee, not to exceed the number of bedrooms in the home.
