DeBordieu Colony is an exclusive, gated oceanfront community located just south of Pawleys Island, attractively positioned between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Known for its natural beauty and casual Lowcountry lifestyle, DeBordieu offers miles of pristine beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with spectacular walking and cycling trails, all adored in a mild, year-round coastal climate.

This home includes a Sports Membership, providing access to the Beach Club’s two pools, dining, tennis & exercise facilities, and the acclaimed Pete Dye–designed championship golf course. Temporary club access is available for $200 per day plus a one-time $20 activation fee, with additional conveniences costs such as golf green costs applying separately. A max. of four cars is allowed for this property, and the DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 per car entry fee, not to exceed the number of bedrooms in the home.
