This gorgeous unit is one of DeBordieu's top villas. In addition to its fine decor, the enclosed sunroom with expansive vistas of the ocean is hard to beat! A cavernous upstairs loft can serve as a bedroom with a queen sleeper couch and a single bed with a private bath. Downstairs the king master bedroom opens onto a furnished deck overlooking the ocean and pool. The third bedroom features a king bed with private bath and the fourth bedroom features a king bed with a twin as well as a private bath. The villa offers throughout the unit TVs, DVD players, a stereo, wifi, outside shower, and garage. DeBordieu Colony is a very private, gated community located between Pawleys Island and Georgetown, just 30 mins. South of Myrtle Beach.

DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, golf, tennis, exercise center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities.
