MAXIMUM CARS: The max. number of cars allowed for this property is 2. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each car a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a max. matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Tennis Membership which gives you access to the Beach Club's two community pools plus Beach Club ocean front dining and tennis. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual conveniences costs.
