This gorgeous bungalow offers not only comfort and style but also the convenience of being just moments away from some of the area's most appealing hot spots such as: Historic Georgetown Harborwalk with vibey eateries and quant stores, music & entertainment of Murrells Inlet, pristine beaches of Pawley's Island & Myrtle Beach, award-winning golf courses, and photogenic plantations & nature reserves ideal for hiking and experiencing the natural beauty of the Low Country. Alternatively, you can just appreciate the sunsets and serenity of Winyah Bay from your own private dock.

Bungalow details:

BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Living Room: Queen-size sleeper couch. Bedrooms equipped with nightstands, dressers, closets, and ceiling fans.

KITCHEN: Totally equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (Keurig & Drip), toaster, granite counters, dining table, and recessed dimming lights. All the pots, pans, and tableware you will need.

BATHROOM: Walk-in shower with dual shower heads, tiled floor and vanity sink with mirror. Ample bright lighting with dimmers.

INDOOR LIVING: Intelligent TV, Free Wi-Fi, 2 couches, 1 loveseat, coffee table, 4 footrests, 2 cabinets, floor lamps and stand. Living room has 2 ceiling fans and recessed dimming lights.

SCREENED PORCH: Extensive patio area with attached deck, 8-person table, circular calming couch, coffee table and chairs.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in yard (front & back), 2 swing benches, cushioned chaise lounges, BBQ grille, oyster table, fire pit and cornhole equipment. Dock does not currently accommodate boats since there is no attached floater.

DOCK: 2 Adirondack chairs, fishing pole holder, crab trap, sink with countertop, storage bench and outdoor shower.

CARRIAGE HOME: Equipped with washer & dryer, modest refrigerator, couch, dresser, desk with computer workstation and chair. Carriage home has attached outdoor shower area.

PARKING: Room for 5 cars in driveway. Steet parking also available.

GENERAL: Central heating & air conditioning, linens/towels/blankets, hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property.

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Dock accommodates fishing & crabbing.
- Dock does not currently accommodate boats since there is no attached floater. Dock has been approved for expansion with an attached floater, which will be finished in the near future.
- Mean average low tide at dock is 1.5 feet; Mean average high tide at dock is 4.8 feet. King tides can range from 0 to 6 feet at dock pierhead.
