Second bedroom upstairs is a queen with it's own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. Third bedroom on the main floor features two twins that share a full bathroom with the hall. The forth bedroom on the main floor has 2 bunk beds with trundles - all twins, and a twin sized day bed with its own private bathroom featuring a shower. This bedroom also connects to the sitting room with a flat screen TV. There is also a half bath located on the main floor.

Additional amenities include: wifi, central HVAC, all major appliances such as washer/dryer, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, 2 dishwashers, drink cooler, microwave, flat screen TV in the sitting room downstairs, garage for ample parking and storage underneath the home, two enclosed hot/cold water outdoor showers with a toilet and sink, additional washer & dryer underneath home in the storage room, outside dining table that seats 8 comfortably with counter top and sink, screened in porch on the ocean front with rockers, chairs and a hammock.

Recreational Conveniences: This home offers a tennis membership which includes tennis, pickle ball, exercise center, pool usage along with food & beverage purchasing at the club.
