Finding the best Georgetown, SC rental experience:
Finding the best value:

- Summertime is high season in Georgetown. Book your Georgetown, SC rental home in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Georgetown, SC area magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides have discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
