LINENS/TOWELS NOT PROVIDED (packages available to rent upon request): This Second Row home located in DeBordieu Colony is a marvelous place to spend the week with your family. Very private home with a sizable enclosed yard. Neighbors to the front, rear, and one side are permanent residents causing a peaceful ambiance. Give your wallet a break but don't miss out on the quality with this second row home located 140 paces from the dune line. Almost like having your own private beach with miles of undeveloped beachfront. Located on a peaceful oceanfront street with minimal traffic. Beach access is found diagonally across from the front yard creating painless access for all, including families with kids. Wrap around porch with rockers, two hammocks, two porch swings, ceiling fans on the porch and slight ocean vistas with a newly modernized kitchen. A proven and well-adored gathering spot. DeBordieu is ideal for cycling! Miles of barely used roads and trails on level ground with nearly no traffic or congestion. At the end of the block is the playground with basketball goals. Dirt road in rear reminiscent of days gone by provides the back yard driveway access. Beginning March 2024 DeBordieu Community Rules and Regulations will allow no more than 4 cars allowed access to the property and there will be a fee of $20 charged per car. Guest passes must be paid and finished prior to arrival. Please note that this home does have outdoor cameras to monitor home during vacancy only.
