Brand new exercise center. A boat landing provides access to North Inlet & the Atlantic Ocean. Drive time from the security gate to the 6000' runway at the Georgetown County Airport is roughly 20 mins.. Charleston and Myrtle Beach are roughly an hour's drive south and north respectively.

DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, golf, tennis, exercise center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities.
