As you reach the entrance, this enormous home greets you with a sprawling front porch. The first thing you’ll notice upon walking in - the luxury heart pine floors that span through the open kitchen, living room, and dining room. Unwind in front of the double-sided fireplace that can be adored from the eat-in kitchen or the comfortable family room. The home features a entirely supplied kitchen including a coffee pot, keurig, and stand alone ice maker.

Privately sectioned away from the rest of the home, the owner’s suite features a king-size bed, and access to the back porch, where you can choose to lounge in the screened-in area as well. The owner’s bath features a vaulted ceiling, cavernous tub, and walk-in shower.
The two remaining guest rooms each have their own private bath, with 1 additional king bed and 4 twin beds divided between the two rooms. The lower level of the home is covered garage space for bicycles, golf carts, or your beach gear!


NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2022...
DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, golf, tennis, exercise center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements.
